Express Mobile Locksmith provides mobile automotive, residential, and commercial locksmith services in Cleveland, Ohio and surrounding areas, including Lakewood, Parma, Westlake, North Olmsted, Strongsville, and Brooklyn. Services include, but are not limited to, lockouts, key replacement and duplication, lock rekeying and installation, and related security services.

2. Pricing and Quotes

● Prices are provided as an estimate over the phone based on the service described, and confirmed by the technician upon arrival before work begins.

● Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of the lock, vehicle, or property once inspected in person.

● Any change in price will be communicated and agreed to before work continues.

● Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

4. Proof of Ownership

For lockout services (vehicle, home, or business), we may require proof of ownership or authorization before performing work. This may include a driver's license, vehicle registration, or other reasonable proof matching the property or vehicle in question. This requirement exists to protect customers and prevent unauthorized entry.

5. No Damage Guarantee

Our technicians use professional, non-destructive tools and techniques whenever possible. In rare cases where a lock is damaged, faulty, or requires drilling as a last resort, this will be explained to you and agreed upon before proceeding. Express Mobile Locksmith is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear discovered during service.

6. Cancellations

If you no longer need service after a technician has been dispatched, please call us as soon as possible at (385) 585-5558. A dispatch or trip fee may apply if a technician has already been sent to your location or has arrived on site.

7. Limitation of Liability

Express Mobile Locksmith llc is insured. While we take care on every job, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the direct cost of the service provided, except where required by law. Any claim regarding a specific job should be reported to us promptly so it can be reviewed.

8. Service Availability

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Availability may occasionally be affected by extreme weather, high demand, or circumstances outside our control.
